Endeavor Design Partner Onboarding

Early Access. Real Feedback. Faster Learning.

Welcome to the Endeavor Design Partner Program. Over the next 90 days, your team will use Endeavor to build and validate AI agents for real internal workflows, while your feedback directly informs how the platform improves.

This page is your single source of truth for what to do, when to do it, and how to get value quickly.

What You'll Get (at a glance)

  • Early access to Endeavor in a dedicated, isolated environment
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents (no production risk)
  • Access to Rotational experts
  • Direct influence on Endeavor’s roadmap
  • Preferential pricing when ready for production use

What Success Looks Like
By the end of the program, you will have validated one or more internal AI agent use case and a clear recommendation on whether to proceed to production when Endeavor is production-ready.

Your Voice Is Critical
Your feedback will be collected during scheduled feedback sessions, office hours, and day-to-day interaction. Product updates may be made at any point in response to your input.

How the Program Works

The program is structured to get your team building quickly and then give you time to use Endeavor in practice. We use a lightweight, sprint-based cadence to create momentum.

After a short setup period and 2 initial challenges, most of the time is open for your team to build, test, and deploy AI agents

  • Setup (Week 1): Your team gets access, completes a short orientation, and confirms billing and permissions.
  • Challenge Sprint (Weeks 2–3): You complete two short, standardized challenges designed to expose friction and clarify how Endeavor works. These are not your real use cases.
  • Build & Experiment (Weeks 4–10): This is the core of the program. Your team uses Endeavor to build and iterate on agents for real internal workflows.
  • Validation & Next Steps (Weeks 11–12): You review what you built, what value was demonstrated, and what would be required to move beyond the program.

ACTION REQUIRED

Complete These 3 Key Steps Before Starting

Step 1. Sign Agreements

Access to Endeavor requires the following agreements:

  • Hosting Agreement
  • Data Protection Agreement

These standard agreements apply uniformly to all design partners. Please download, review, and return signed.

There is no platform fee. LLM usage is the only cost. See Step 2. Confirm LLM Billing Model.

Step 2. Confirm LLM Billing Model

All AI agent interactions incur usage-based, 3rd-party LLM costs (billed per token). Choose one option:

Option 1: Bring Your Own OpenRouter API Key (recommended). Create an OpenRouter account. Provide us your API key. You manage billing and alerts directly.

Option 2: Rotational-managed LLM Usage. Rotational manages your LLM access and usage. We will bill you at cost for usage. We'll monitor consumption.

Step 3. Assemble Your Team

Endeavor is a collaborative application. Assemble a small, focused team ready to build.

Ideal Team Composition

  • Exec Sponsor: Owns business context and success criteria
  • 1–2 Agent Builders: PMs, engineers, or analysts comfortable experimenting and iterating
  • 1-2 Domain Experts: Assess agent outputs based on metrics and criteria

Managing Expectations

What to Expect from Us

Your Access to Rotational

During the program, you’ll have access to:

  • Dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM)
  • Slack channel for async support
  • Product & engineering leaders during feedback sessions
  • Weekly group office hours (optional)

How We Communicate

  • Slack channel for day-to-day tasks
  • Email for reports & analyses
  • Scheduled feedback calls
  • Weekly office hours (optional)

How Feedback Is Collected

  • We'll collect qualitative feedback during scheduled feedback sessions/ office hours, which will be recorded.
  • We'll collect product analytics including logins, errors & usage to identify friction and guide improvements.

What We Expect from Your Team

This is a hands-on design partner program. To make it valuable for everyone, we ask for the following:

  • Meaningful time commitment: Your builders should plan to actively participate, completing two short build sprints, experimenting independently, and engaging over the full 90 days.
  • Real collaboration: Treat this as a working partnership, not a passive trial. Build early, ask questions, and share what’s working and what isn’t.
  • Substantive, candid feedback: We value concrete feedback over opinions: what worked, what slowed you down or confused you, and what you'd change.

Your Estimated Time Commitment

  • Learning & Orientation: 1-2 hours
  • Challenges: ~2- 3 total hours
  • Experimentation: Self-directed
  • Feedback calls: 30 mins every two weeks (~3 hours total over 90 days)
  • Optional weekly office hours

What Endeavor Is

  • An enterprise AI accountability platform to prototype, evaluate & deploy purpose-built AI agents
  • Includes scaffolding and disciplined process to build with confidence
  • Currently designed for proofs-of-concept for business use cases & workflows

What Endeavor Isn't

  • A feature-complete, production-ready system (yet)
  • A turnkey or fully autonomous AI solution - Endeavor is human-in-the-loop by design
  • A general-purpose chatbot or specialized coding agent
  • A consulting engagement
